Advertising fee of $25 for a Single Reservation on MyTimeshareRentals.com. Advertising fee of $49 for Unlimited Reservations for 7 months on MyTimeshareRentals.com. The unlimited option is good for owners with many points available for rent or for owners who would like the opportunity to cancel and rebook their rentals several times during the year in case their first choice does not rent.

We have pre-negotiated a 25% commission rate (minimum: $100) from several cooperating brokers for all listings advertised and rented through the site. The 25% rate is at a discount off their normal rates. Notice: The amount or rate of real estate commissions is not fixed by law. They are set by each Broker individually and may be negotiable betweeen Owner and Broker.
