1. Browse Listings on each Resort Page for availability and pricing.
   
   
2. Click on the “Inquire” button to ask questions, reserve a unit, or to check
   alternate dates, unit size and availability.
   
   
3. When you are ready to book, send us your name, address, telephone
   number and email address.
   
   
4. Total amount due is accepted offer price plus $49 processing fee.
   
   
5. We will prepare a rental agreement and book the unit in your name.
   
   
6. Payment is due at time of booking. We accept credit cards, PayPal and
   personal checks. All funds are escrowed until the check out date of your stay.
   Within 45-days of check in, we can only accept credit cards or PayPal.
   
   
7. We will send you a confirmation number and/or confirmation letter that you
   can use for check in.
   
   
8. Contact resort the week of your vacation to confirm reservation.
   
   
9. Funds are disbursed to owner after your check out.
   
   
10. All transactions are final and non-refundable. Renters should purchase
    vacation insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
