Here are the available options for advertising on MyTimeshareRentals.com.
You may sign up for the reservation advertising option that is right for you.
Note that we have pre-negotiated a 25% commission rate (minimum: $100) from several cooperating brokers for all listings advertised and rented through the site.
The 25% rate is at a discount off their normal rates. Notice: The amount or rate of real estate commissions is not fixed by law. They are set by each Broker individually and may be negotiable betweeen Owner and Broker.
