Full Service Rental Program

•  • Advertising fee per rental reservation to MyTimeshareRentals.com
•  • Option for unlimited reservations advertised for 7 months on
     MyTimeshareRentals.com
•  • Commission to a cooperating real estate broker is percentage of gross rental
      proceeds paid after check out
•  • Owner books timeshare system reservation and provides us with reservation/
      confirmation number
•  • We will verify reservation with the timeshare resort and advertise the unit on our
     website
•  • All rental inquiries, response, confirmation, agreement, payment and escrow
     process handled by cooperating real estate brokers
•  • Proceeds provided to owners within 2 weeks of check out by renter
•  • Reservation may be unlocked and withdrawn as long as unit has
     not been rented
•  • Bonus Rental opportunity for owners in unlimited reservations program
