Bonus Time
Bonus Time is the ability to book an available unit less than 45-days from Check in at a Bluegreen Resort. For Pono Kai in Hawaii and La Cabana Beach and Racquet Club in Aruba, bonus time can be booked up to 90-days in advance of check in. There is a minimum 2-night requirement. In addition, if you book online, you can book units up to 48-days in advance of check in and up to 93-days in advance of check in for Hawaii and Aruba.

Preferred Ownership Benefits
Today, there are 2 levels of Preferred Ownership. 20000 qualifying points is Silver Preferred and 35000 qualifying points is Gold Preferred.

Here is a summary of the most popular features of the Preferred Ownership Program:

Silver Preferred
   • No cancellation (normally $50) or change fees (normally $35) to change or cancel reservations. This is an important feature for those members who book prime reservations far in advance of check in and need to make changes closer to check in.

   • Wait list at 12-months in advance of check in for full week stays and 6-months in advance of check in for partial week stays. This is important for hard to get reservations at popular resorts and holiday weeks. It is also important for accessing Club Associate resorts whose availability is limited.

   • Pay your maintenance fees with points. Bluegreen offers you approximately $50/1000 points to pay your maintenance fees and annual dues with points. This can be a great feature if you do not plan to use your points for a given year.

   • More Encore Rewards for referring friends to attend Bluegreen Sales Presentations (7500 points worth $75 toward maintenance fee payments or other rewards)

   • Early Check in (2pm) at participating resorts

   • Unit Upgrade once per year for partial week stay if available

Gold Preferred
   • No cancellation (normally $50) or change fees (normally $35) to change or cancel reservations. This is an important feature for those members who book prime reservations far in advance of check in and need to make changes closer to check in.

   • Wait list at 13-months in advance of check in for full week stays and 7-months in advance of check in for partial week stays. This is important for hard to get reservations at popular resorts and holiday weeks. It is also important for accessing Club Associate resorts whose availability is limited

   • Free extended Stays for up to 3-days after your stay if there is availability at the resort within 24 hours of your check in. Subject to a housekeeping fee of $50 if a unit change is required. This is great for off-season travelers

   • Pay your maintenance fees with points. Bluegreen offers you approximately $50/1000 points to pay your maintenance fees and annual dues with points. This can be a great feature if you do not plan to use your points for a given year.

   • More Encore Rewards for referring friends to attend Bluegreen Sales Presentations (8750 points worth $87.50 toward maintenance fee payments or other rewards)

   • Early Check in (2pm) at participating resorts

   • Unit Upgrade once per year for partial week stay if available
