A “trade in” is offering your fixed week or points package in exchange for a larger points package.
An owner “upgrade” is the act of changing one or more of the features of your Bluegreen Points package. It typically means the combining and changing of either the maintenance fee or anniversary date of one or more of your current Bluegreen Points packages and adding additional points to your ownership.
An upgrade can be achieved by:
• trading in your current ownership for another Bluegreen Point package
• re-deeding your current points into a different trust fund. Usually, an upgrade also means increasing the total number of points you own.
