Prices are .25 per annual point. Closing costs are $395. Bluegreen Transfer.
fee is $125. Reimbursement for 2008 maintenance fee is required if 2008 points are available.
Payment is due at time of purchase via credit card or PayPal. Owner-agent will prepare.
