Liquidation sale prices from $.05 per biannual point or $.10 per annual point. Processing fee
is $350. Bluegreen Transfer fee is $250. Reimbursement for 2009 Maintenance fee
is required if 2009 points are available. $600 deposit is due at time of purchase via
credit card or PayPal. Balance is due when closing documents are provide to buyer.
Purchase is non-refundable after initial 10-day rescission period. Closing interval is
estimated to be 2-4 months. Purchaser will be responsible for 2010 maintenance fees due
on Nov 1, 2009. VIP and Premier features are NOT available for these packages. Contact us if you
